Times Two Design

Everyone in Dallas is talking about Times Two Design, and after seeing this gorgeous quartz crystal lamp, I can see why.

Dallas girls Lauren Renfrow and Ann Strawn created this lamp to launch Times Two Design, and since then, the line has grown to include new lighting and home accessories.

The lacquered boxes and gold-leafed geodes are hot sellers, too. Wouldn't one of these be fabulous on a cocktail table?

The gold-leafed antler box is new for fall, along with one adorned with gold-leafed barnacles. Did I mention every piece is made right here in Dallas? It makes me love their things even more.

This acrylic tray would make a perfect hostess gift for the holidays.

How is a girl supposed to choose? Times Two Design is sold at Mecox Gardens and Rutherford's in Dallas, but if you'd like to see all of the pretties in person, you're in luck - Ann and Lauren are hosting a VIP Sneak Peak Party on Wednesday, September 26th.

Here's the invitation. I've marked my calendar to get a head start on my holiday shopping.

If you can't make the party, send the girls an e-mail at and they'll help you with a custom order. If you're not in Dallas, the Web site is in the works and will debut in October -

  2. Hi Lindley;
    I would hope that you could post a blog about the original Rock Candy lamps by Swank Lighting which have been around since 2008. We created the design and have marketed them on our web site and at Debris in Dallas for 5 years. They have been published in many shelter magazines in designs by designers such as Nate Burkus, Tobi Fairley, and Julia Edelman. Our web site is As we are being clearly knocked off here, we think it's only fair that you show our beautiful lamps on your blog as well.
